Meet Dr. Im
Dr. Jannie Im went to the University of South Carolina Honors College for her undergraduate studies. After graduating Magna Cum Laude, she attended the prestigious University of North Carolina School of Dentistry in Chapel Hill, NC, which was recently ranked the second-best dental school in the world. She received numerous achievements and awards during dental school and graduated in the top 5% of her class. She went on to complete her residency in orthodontics at the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry, where she earned a Master’s Degree and a certificate in the specialty of orthodontics.
Dr. Im is passionate about orthodontics and strives to achieve the best possible results for her patients, giving her patients beautiful, healthy smiles they can be proud of. But it’s not just about teeth for Dr. Im – one of the things she loves most about her profession is the opportunity to develop a relationship with each of her patients and to see the positive changes and confidence a great smile can give an individual.
Dr. Im is a mother to two lovely daughters and knows the significance of a parent entrusting the care of their child to someone. She takes this responsibility very seriously and treats each patient as if they were her own child or family member.
